Global Concern started as a group of seven people on Facebook around a
year back, we shared a lot of information on various topics like:-
Women abuse, child abuse, agriculture, food security, GM food,
Environment, global warming, conservation of natural resources,
preservation of wildlife, pollution, population, Global warming and
recycling etc.
Soon we planned to convert this group into a legal non profit and continue
to do our work with more enthusiasm. The main idea behind the group was
given by Mrs. Julia Grana Navia and Mr. Franz Kellner.
Soon two more people Mrs. Kashika Singh and Dr. Mohideen Ibramsha joined
the non profit.
They right now serve as interim committee for the group and are the driving force of the organization, they lead the organization with their experience and skills.
Global Concern got its first registration as non profit in India on 17th September 2009 and after two months we got the registration of GC in Austria as nonprofit.
